How Does it Work on the Skin?
- Vitamin C and ferulic acid Serum: 10% Vitamin C & 0.5% Ferulic Acid together contain antioxidant properties that clear pigmentation, prevent sun damage and boost collagen biosynthesis.
- Gel Sunscreen: This broad spectrum sunscreen has a high SPF 55+ and PA+++ rating to provide the necessary Sun protection. Apart from the chemical filters, it is filled with hydrating agents such as phospholipids & glycerin to provide the necessary hydration to the skin.
- Niacinamide Brightening Face Wash: 2% Niacinamide and 2% Licorice Root Extract controls sebum production, fades dark spots, improves skin texture, helps to control oil production and brightens skin.
- Brightening Lip Balm: 1% Vitamin C and 0.1% Resorcinol helps to brightens pigmented lips, repair lip discolouration and fight pigmentation caused by the sun rays.
- Brightening Moisturizer: 5% Niacinamide, 1% Kojic acid, and 5% Vitamin C acts as a tyrosinase inhibitor, prevents melanin (pigment), protects the skin from free radicals and brightens the skin by interacting with copper ions that are an essential part of the pigmentation process.
How to use?
Niacinamide Brightening Face Wash:
- Dampen your face.
- Take a small amount of niacinamide face wash, and massage onto your skin for 30-60 seconds.
- Rinse with water and pat dry.
- Use daily, morning and evening.
Vitamin C Serum:
- Apply 2-3 drops onto dry skin after cleansing.
- Use your fingertips to spread it evenly across your face until absorbed.
- Follow up with a moisturiser and sunscreen for best results.
- Can be used in the morning and evening.

Brightening Lip Balm:
- Apply an even layer of lip balm on lips.
- Reapply as & when needed for softer, moisturized lips.
Gel Sunscreen:
- Apply on the face & neck in the morning routine & at least 15 minutes before stepping out in the sun.
- Use after a moisturiser & before using makeup.
- Reapply when needed for continued protection.
Brightening Moisturizer:
- Use a pea size amount of niacinamide cream, gently massage until the product is absorbed into the skin.
- Niacinamide cream can be used both morning and night. Follow up with SPF during the day time.

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)
How long does it take to ship?
We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Will I get a full refund on cancellation?
Yes, if canceled within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?
For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the original source of payment within 7 business working days. We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

I am writing to report issues with the Rakhi Brightness Gift Hamper I recently received. Unfortunately, the package was incomplete and one of the items was damaged.
Issues:
The Travel Pouch was missing
The Protect & Glow Kit was missing
The Moisturiser box was damaged
Additionally, the overall packaging appeared tampered with or not in brand-new condition, which was disappointing.
Please look into this matter urgently and arrange for the missing items to be sent. I would also appreciate a replacement or refund for the damaged product.

Ya...so for me it's a 4 star as....I have received this yesterday only.....so it's been a day using it.....so let's talk about the product.....the product is very nice....make my life moisturized.....and soft......but when u apply the lip balm their is a wired smell in the lip balm....other wise the product is very good.....if your lips are really damaged and u are finding a lip balm that will make your life... healthy and naturaly bright....then without thinking for a second go for this product
