Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders by writing to us on our Email ID – wecare@thedeconstruct.in or please call us at 080-471-05772 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM & Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM) and we will help you cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with your order details and product images if damaged. We will guide you through the return process.

Once the return is approved, the refund is processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Can I exchange my product?

Exchanges are allowed only in case of defective or incorrect products, with the unboxing video made when the product is delivered

Does Nourishing conditioner reduce hair fall?

Conditioner contains hair conditioning, smoothing and nourishing ingredients such as biotin and keratin that moisturize the hair, prevent hair breakage, reduces tangles making them frizz free and improve hair health. Thus it helps to reduce hairfall due to frizziness or tangles.

How long do you leave the conditioner in your hair?

Conditioner can be left on the hair for a few mins (2-3 mins) and then rinsed off gently with lukewarm water.

Can I use a conditioner without shampoo?

During shampooing the hair shaft scales lose moisture and become dry due to the cleansing process carried out by the surfactants in the formula, this also makes the hair prone to breakage. Therefore, it is usually recommended to condition your wet hair after shampoo to flatten the top layer of cuticle cells and moisturize them. What is the difference between a leave-in conditioner and a regular conditioner?

A regular conditioner is a rinse-off conditioner that is used to rehydrate and moisturize your hair right after your shampooing. It functions to seal the cuticles of hair strands and to restore the moisture into the dull hair strands that is lost during the shampooing process. A leave-in conditioner on the other hand is not a rinse-off conditioner and is used to keep the hair maintained and hydrated for a few days until the next hair wash.
