How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

1. Can I use Retinol & Peptide serum and Retinol night cream together?
   No, it is not recommended to use retinol serum and retinol cream together as they both contain high concentrations of retinol which can cause skin irritation and sensitivity. It's best to alternate between the two or consult a dermatologist for a personalized skincare routine.
2. What should I use if I am a beginner- Retinol & Peptide serum or Retinol night cream?
   Retinol night cream is ideal to start your retinol journey if you are a retinol beginner because it contains good moisturizing agents such as emollients and humectants that will prevent your skin from drying out and also not irritate the skin.
3. I am a beginner and never used Retinol before, can I still use it? / Ease-in process of Retinol night cream?
   Yes, if you are a beginner or someone with sensitive skin, you can use Retinol night cream.
   Our recommendation is to always start with a patch test and gradually include it in your daily routine to avoid any skin damage.
   Take a very small quantity of Retinol Night cream and use it twice a week in your night routine, if everything is fine slowly increase to using it every alternate day. If everything is fine, move to using for 2/3 days per week and slowly increase the frequency of usage.
   This way you can get to using the product everyday in 6-8 weeks of time and this is called an ‘ease-in’ process to get the skin used to the active.

    Both are vitamin A derivatives with different compositions but provide similar benefits. Tretinoin is a stronger version of vitamin A which is a pure retinoic acid that usually comes under prescribed medication. Retinol on the other hand is a relatively milder version which converts to retinoic acid after application. Tretinoin shows faster results as compared to retinol.
