Why is this different?

The NMF complex is a mixture of amino acids and other derivatives. It is an essential part of the skin as it maintains adequate hydration in the stratum corneum (uppermost layer of skin) by working as a humectant mixture and providing integrity to the skin barrier. The amount of NMF in the Stratum corneum determines how much water it can hold at a particular humidity level. It also contains Panthenol which is a non oily skin hydrator that not just prevents transepidermal water loss but also soothes skin and works well for oily/acne-prone skin.

How Does it Work on the Skin?

• 3% NMF complex is an oil-free effective moisturizer that mimics the skin's NMF. Being rich in amino acids such as Serine, Alanine, Glycine, Glutamic Acid, Lysine HCl, Threonine, Arginine, Proline, Sodium PCA,Sodium Lactate, PCA, that together replicate the Natural Moisturizing factor of the skin and replenishes the skin barrier.
• 0.2% Panthenol is a non oily skin hydrator that soothes skin and prevents transepidermal water loss.

How to use?

• Use a pea size amount of NMF Oil-free Moisturizer for oily skin, gently massage until the product is absorbed into the skin.
• Can be used twice a day, both morning and night.
• Use with Deconstruct Hydrating serum for best hydrating results.

For best hydrating results

Use with Deconstruct’s Hydrating Serum- 2% Hyaluronic Acid + 1% Niacinamide and Deconstruct’s Hydrating Face wash-  0.5% Amino Acids + 0.1% Hyaluronic Acid. Take small amounts of the Deconstruct’s Hydrating face wash and gently massage for 30 seconds on a damp face. Rinse well with water. Pat face is slightly dry. Over a damp face, apply 2-3 drops of the Deconstruct’s Hydrating serum. Follow up with Deconstruct’s NMF Oil-free Moisturizer.

For sensitive oily skin

Use with Deconstruct’s Pore Control Serum- 2% Salicylic Acid + 3% Niacinamide for oily and acne-prone skin. Apply 2-3 drops of the Deconstruct’s Pore Control Serum on a clean and dry face. Follow up with Deconstrust’s NMF Oil-free Moisturizer.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

Cancellations

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage
4. Missing product

Step 1 – Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery along with an unboxing video through Email –

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.

Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

• Opened/used/altered products.
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

   Yes, the NMF Oil-Free moisturiser is Non-comedogenic and designed keeping in mind oily and acne prone skin. The formula will not clog pores and is suitable for skin prone to acne. The humectants draw in moisture and the emollients help to seal it within the skin. The formula is well balanced such that it replicates the skin structure.
