How Does it Work on the Skin?

• 0.5% Salicylic acid is a lipophilic acid that can easily penetrate through the skin and unclog the pores. This helps to control oil, clear pores off of excess sebum, dirt & dead cells and exfoliate the top layer of the skin revealing softer, more even skin and hence improving skin texture.
• 1% Niacinamide improves skin’s texture, controls oils, restores skin barrier, and also moisturizes skin.

How to use?

• Dampen your face.
• Take a small amount of salicylic acid face wash, and massage onto your skin for 30-60 seconds.
• Rinse with water and pat dry.
• Use daily, morning and evening.

Niacinamide: Helps to control sebum, and dark spots by inhibiting melanosome transfer from melanocytes to keratinocytes.

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders by writing to us on our Email ID – wecare@thedeconstruct.in or please call us at 080-471-05772 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM & Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM) and we will help you cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Will I get a full refund on cancellation?

Yes, if canceled within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the original source of payment within 7 business working days. We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

How do I request a return?

Email us with your order details and product images if damaged. We will guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, the refund is processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Can I exchange my product?

Exchanges are allowed only in case of defective or incorrect products, with the unboxing video made when the product is delivered

We offer refund/replacement only in the following cases:

Under what conditions will return/ replacement requests not be accepted?

• Opened/used/altered products.

• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.

1. Can I use it with Pore control serum?
   Yes, BHA Cleanser like our salicylic acid face wash and a Pore control serum together are best suited for people with oily and acne-prone skin or combination skin type, as it will work in the same pathway, and make the skin oil free.
2. Can I use a salicylic acid facial cleanser twice a day?
   Depending on the skin need, you can use this facial cleanser to wash your face up to 2-3 times a day.
3. Is salicylic acid face wash/cleanser good for oily acne-prone skin?
   Yes, salicylic acid is good for acne-prone skin as it helps clear the clogged pores, controls sebum secretion and helps regulate oil production.
4. I have never used any actives before, can I use salicylic acid face wash for oily skin?
   Yes, this face wash is extremely gentle and free from harmful chemicals and can be used by a beginner in their everyday skincare routine. Make sure to apply a good amount of moisturizer after using this face wash.
5. Can I use this Salicylic acid face wash everyday?
   Yes, this sls & paraben free facewash is safe for daily use
6. Is the BHA face wash non-comedogenic?
   Yes, the BHA face wash is non comedogenic, it will not clog your pores and will provide deep cleansing.
7. What should I apply after using BHA face wash?
   You can use our Hydrating serum to retain hydration on the skin. Do follow up with a moisturiser.
8. Can a pregnant lady use salicylic acid face wash for oily skin?
   BHA is not recommended for pregnant women. However, it's not at a high level in our facewash hence, we recommend consulting your doctor first.
9. Can an 18 year old teenager use salicylic acid face wash for pimple & acne removal?
   Yes, it is safe to use by all individuals of 18 or above age.
10. Can 2% salicylic acid cleanser cause purging?
    Yes, salicylic is one of the few ingredients that cause purging, therefore it is recommended to start the usage with twice a week in the beginning and then increase the frequency to everyday once the skin gets used to it.
11. Can I use Vitamin A (retinol) serum after using a salicylic acid face wash?
    You can use retinol serum after using salicylic acid facewash, but make sure to hydrate your skin very well after using retinol and follow up with a moisturiser so that the skin stays moisturised and hydrated.
12. What should I apply after facewash?
    You should apply a serum suitable for your skin type and according to your skin concerns after using facewash. Make sure to use a moisturiser later and do follow up with a sunscreen in the morning routine for sun protection.
13. What to look for in a face cleanser for oily skin?
    If you have oily skin look for oil controlling or unclogging ingredients such as salicylic acid along with a combination of other ingredients such as niacinamide which will unclog your blocked pores and cleanse the skin deeply without drying it excessively.
14. Does salicylic acid based facewash remove pimples?
    Salicylic acid face wash helps in clearing the pores by gently exfoliating the skin, which might otherwise be the reason for causing acne. Hence usage of salicylic acid face wash for pimple related concerns can be done.
15. How does salicylic acid in a facewash work to fight breakouts if it just gets rinsed right off?
    Cleansing face with Salicylic acid helps in clearing the clogged pores, removing the dead skin cells and with its anti-inflammatory properties soothe the breakouts.
