We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

Yes, you can wash your hair daily with shampoo or a Biotin & Keratin shampoo however, it is recommended to wash your hair twice or thrice a week depending upon the exposure to external conditions such as dirt, dust, pollution and the amount of product build up or excessive sebum secretion on the scalp. Make sure not to overwash your hair as it will strip off a lot of sebum and natural oil present in the hair leading to intense hair dryness. 

Which type of shampoo is good for hair?/Which shampoo is safe for hair?

A sulfate-free shampoo is usually good for hair as it cleanses off the dirt, impurities and product build up effectively yet gently without stripping off excess sebum from hair and scalp which is essential to keep the hair nourished. A sulfate based shampoo strips off this essential moisture and natural oils from the hair making them intensely dry and brittle. Along with this look out for gentle ingredients in the formulation which will keep the scalp soothed and hydrated. A good shampoo should also contain ingredients that benefit the hair such as keratin & biotin which will work to keep the hair nourished and healthy.

What should be the pH of shampoo generally? 

The pH of as a shampoo is usually acidic and lies between 5-7. The pH of shampoos is acidic considering the physical nature of the hair. Can I use normal shampoo after keratin treatment after using what about the result?

You can use normal gentle sulfate-free shampoo after keratin treatment to keep your hair and scalp clean and to maintain the smoothened hair after the keratin treatment. 

What is the difference between sulfate-free shampoo and normal shampoo?

A sulfate-free shampoo is free of surfactants such SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) and SLES (sodium lauryl ether sulfate) which function as great foaming and cleansing agents but are likely strip off a lot of sebum and moisture from the hair strands causing excessive dryness and roughness. A normal shampoo on the other hand may or may not contain sulfates. However, the purpose of both the shampoos is to effectively cleanse the scalp and hair off of dirt impurities and product build up. 

Are sulfate-free shampoos really better for your hair?

Yes, sulfate-free shampoos are usually better for hair because they cleanse the scalp and hair gently without stipping off excess sebum from the scalp and hair. 

Why is sulfate bad for your hair?
