Glycolic acid can do different things to our skin based on the % it is present in your skincare product! This can extended for a combination of AHAs as well! ?
? Below % can help treat your problems. x% means there should x ml of acid in 100ml of the serum.
- At 3-8%, it slowly improves skin texture and fades hyperpigmentation. These concentrations can be used up to daily, as your skin get used to it. If you are a new user, start using every alternate day
- At 10-15%, it gradually improves skin texture and fades pigmentation. Adds skin hydration, fades wrinkles and makes skin firmer. Restrict the use of this concentration to 2/3 times per week again as your skin tolerates it
- At 15-30%, you can get all the above results and faster. If your skin can tolerate, this is our recommended concentration - as you can restrict the usage to 1/2 times per week and this minimal exposure also ensures skin doesn't dry up as it can happen with a frequent usage!
✨If something says a 'aha product' it means it is a mixture of various ahas and should be used the same way as you would use pure glycolic acid
Remember the below tips, while you are using glycolic acid/ any other aha in any form
