How Does it Work on the Skin?

Our cleansing balm contains 0.1% bisabolol and 1% Avena sativa Oil suits people with dry, very dry and sensitive skin (whether wearing makeup or not) and people who apply heavy makeup. Avena sativa (oats oil) deeply cleanses, moisturises and protects the skin.

Cleansing balm is a great option for those who want to keep their face looking clean and radiant all day long. It's also a great option for those who want to remove makeup, dirt, and oil from their skin quickly and easily.

How to use?

Step 1: Squeeze out a sufficient amount of cleansing balm and rub it between your fingers to melt.

Step 2: Gently massage onto your skin in circular motions to dissolve makeup and impurities.

Step 3: Rinse with water and follow up with a foaming cleanser or face wash.

Note: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If the product gets too hot (above 40°C) and some oil separates, don't worry—the product remains stable and safe to use.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders by writing to us on our Email ID – wecare@thedeconstruct.in or please call us at 080-471-05772 ( Monday - Sunday 10am - 7pm) and we will help you cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

How do I cancel my order?

Will I get a full refund on cancellation?

Yes, if canceled within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the original source of payment within 10-12 business working days. We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

Orders placed under Next Day Delivery (NDD) or Same Day Delivery (SDD) are processed on priority and moved to fulfillment immediately.

Once an NDD or SDD order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified as the shipment is initiated instantly to ensure timely delivery.

In case of exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the company.

Returns and Refund

If you are still not completely satisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us within 48 hours and we will put all our efforts to help you. Kindly make an unboxing video for easy reference.

We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon receipt and reach out to us through our support channels for any discrepancies or issues.

Refunds: Once the refund is initiated, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment account within 10–12 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

How do I request a return?

Email us with your order details and product images if damaged. We will guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, the refund is processed within 10-12 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that if an order is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect or incomplete address/contact details, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery, the ₹50 PPCOD charge shall be non-refundable.

Can I exchange my product?

Exchanges are allowed only in case of defective or incorrect products, with the unboxing video made when the product is delivered

Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.

Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions will return/ replacement requests not be accepted?

• Opened/used/altered products.

• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.

• The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

• Update received as product delivered, but product not received and if reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

• Unboxing video is not legitimate

1. What Skin types can use soothing cleansing balms?
   Soothing cleansing balm is a lightweight smooth textured creamy balm that is suitable for all skin types including oily and sensitive skin types.
2. Where will cleansing balm go in a double cleansing routine? Which will go first, cleansing balm or facewash?
   Cleansing Balm would go first in a double cleansing routine as it is oil based and is effective at removing sunscreenand makeup. We recommend following with a gel or water based cleanser.
3. Is cleansing balm safe for acne sufferers?
   Oil-based cleansing balms are good at removing grime, makeup, sunscreen, debris and other pore-clogging substances from the skin, hence it will not cause any unnecessary breakouts and are safe for acne sufferers too.
4. My skin type is oily. Will using cleansing balm make my skin more oily?
   Using cleansing balm will not make your skin oily on purpose rather it will help clear the pores containing sebum and oil thus making it cleaner. Besides, it will not remove excess oil from the skin, which means no stimulation of sebaceous glands to produce more oil.
5. What is the difference between micellar water, cleansing balm and face wash?
   These all, to some extent, act as makeup removers/cleansers. Generally cleansing balm is used to remove sunscreen and heavy waterproof makeup, whereas micellar water won’t dissolve much of oil soluble waterproof makeup. However, it can remove minimal makeup and cleanse the skin. On the other hand, face wash cleanses your pores more deeply and usually lathers into foam during application and it has to be washed off with water.
6. Can this product be used by pregnant or lactating mothers?
   It is recommended to consult a doctor before using any product during pregnancy or lactation period.
