How Does it Work on the Skin?

• Brightening Face Wash:2% Niacinamide & 2% Licorice root extract together gently dissolve dirt, control dark spots while boosting radiance & luminosity of the skin.
• Brightening Serum:10% Niacinamide & 0.3% Alpha Arbutin reduce hyperpigmentation & dark spots, while reducing tan by suppressing melanin production.
• Skin Soothe Moisturizer:Uniquely formulated with 1% Ceramide complex coupled with cholesterol and lipids to provide additional skin barrier strength. In addition, it has 0.2% Bisabolol which soothes inflammation, and Amino acid and Centella Asiatica Extract to repair, heal and revitalize skin.
• Gel Sunscreen:Benzophenone-3 provides broad spectrum protection and Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate prevents UVB rays. Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane protects skin from tanning and photoaging while phospholipids and glycerin ensure your skin is hydrated.
• Clearing Serum:5% Niacinamide reduces hyperpigmentation, dark spots, & freckles. 2% Alpha Arbutin tackles tan, brightens, and protects the skin from UV radiation.
• Anti-dandruff Serum:0.5% Piroctone olamine controls dandruff causing fungi. 2% Salicylic acid gently exfoliates scalp skin to prevent flaking. 1% Prebiotic reduces itching and soothes irritated scalp.

How to use?

1. Step 1: Cleanse
   Dampen your face and take a small amount of Brightening Face Wash. Rub it into your hands to form a lather. Massage for 30-60 seconds, wash off with water, and pat dry.
2. Step 2: Treat
   Apply Brightening or Clearing Serum on a clean and dry face. Wait for it to get completely absorbed, then follow up with a moisturizer and broad-spectrum sunscreen for best results.
3. Step 3: Moisturize
   Take a pea-sized amount of Skin Soothe Moisturizer and gently massage until the product is absorbed into the skin.
4. Step 4: Sunscreen
   Apply Gel Sunscreen on the face and neck in the morning routine, at least 15 minutes before stepping out in the sun. Reapply when needed for continued protection.
5. Step 5: Hair Care
   Wash your hair and scalp with shampoo. Apply Anti-dandruff Serum on a clean scalp and massage well.

For more brightening results:
Use with Deconstruct’s Vitamin C Serum - 10% Vitamin C + 0.5% Ferulic Acid for best brightening results. Take small amounts of the Deconstruct’s Brightening Cleanser and gently massage for 30 seconds on a damp face. Rinse well with water. Pat face slightly dry. Apply 2-3 drops onto dry skin after cleansing and gently pat it onto the skin until absorbed. Follow up with Deconstruct's Brightening Serum – 10% Alpha Arbutin + 0.3% Niacinamide for best results.

For an even-toned, smooth, free from tan & radiant skin:
Use with Deconstruct’s Exfoliating Serum – AHA 18% + BHA 2% to regulate your skin’s sebum production and even out the skin tone. Apply evenly on clean and dry skin, avoiding the eye area, and leave on for no more than 10 minutes. Wash off with cold water and follow up with Deconstruct's Brightening Serum – 10% Alpha Arbutin + 0.3% Niacinamide for best results.

For skin that is oil-free, bright & moisturized:
Use with Deconstruct’s Hydrating Serum – 2% Hyaluronic Acid + 1% Niacinamide for instant brightness and oil-free hydrated skin. Apply 2-3 drops onto damp skin after cleansing and gently massage onto the skin until absorbed. Skin Soothe Moisturizer - 1% Ceramide + 0.2% Bisabolol

For intense skin hydration & damaged skin barrier:
Use with Deconstruct’s Hydrating Serum – 2% Hyaluronic Acid + 1% Niacinamide for intense skin hydration and damaged skin barrier. Apply Hydrating Serum on clean and damp skin. Wait until the product is completely absorbed and then take a coin-size amount of Deconstruct’s Skin Soothe Moisturizer.

For smooth and supple skin:
Use with Deconstruct’s Exfoliating Serum for intense hydration. Apply 3-4 drops of Deconstruct’s Exfoliating Serum and gently spread it all over the face, neck, and jawline. After 10 minutes, wash with warm water and pat the face dry. Over dry skin, apply Deconstruct’s Skin Soothe Moisturizer.

For collagen building and younger-looking skin:
Use with Deconstruct’s Retinol & Peptide Serum - 02% Retinol + 1% Peptide for collagen building and younger-looking skin. Apply 2-3 drops of Retinol & Peptide Serum on a clean and dry face. Let the product absorb completely. Take a coin-size amount of Deconstruct’s Skin Soothe Moisturizer and massage on the face in gentle circular motions.

Use with Deconstruct’s Vitamin C Serum - 10% Vitamin C + 0.5% Ferulic Acid for extra sun protection and preventing sun tan. Apply Vitamin C Serum on clean and damp skin. Wait until the product is completely absorbed. Follow up with moisturizer and Deconstruct’s Gel Sunscreen.

For moisturized and even-toned skin:
Use with Deconstruct’s Brightening Moisturizer for intense hydration and even-toned skin. Apply a coin-size amount of Deconstruct’s Brightening Moisturizer on clean and dry face and gently spread it all over the face, neck, and jawline. Follow up with Deconstruct’s Gel Sunscreen.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

How can you track your order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders by writing to us on our Email ID – wecare@thedeconstruct.in or please call us on 080-471-05772 (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM & Saturday 10AM to 4PM)and we will help you in cancelling the order.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

Please Note: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Returns and Refund

Thank you for shopping at The Deconstruct. We have made all our products with utmost care and deep scientific knowledge with an understanding of most skin types. If you are still not completely satisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us and we will put all our efforts to help you. Kindly make an unboxing video for an easy reference. 

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage
4. Missing product

Step 1 – Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery along with an unboxing video through Email –
wecare@thedeconstruct.in or on Whatsapp at +919398249040 with the pictures of the issue
you are facing and your order ID.

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.

Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

• Opened/used/altered products.
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Update received as product delivered but product not received and if reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

1. How long will it take to see results from this sample kit?
   This sample kit is not going to deliver results as these are in less quantities. If you want results it's important to be consistent so we recommend you to buy original size products.
2. Is this kit suitable for both men and women?
   We are a gender-neutral skincare brand, which means all our products are meant for use by men and women. In addition to that, this sample kit is suitable for all skin types as well.
