Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

If you are still not completely satisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us and we will put all our efforts to help you. Kindly make an unboxing video for easy reference. 

We offer refund / replacement only in the following cases:

  2. Expired product delivered
  3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage

  • The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Ans: Invisible Water sunscreen is light weight water like feel sunscreen with encapsulated UV filter technology that is broad spectrum, water resistant SPF 50 PA+++. 

2. Is the sunscreen actually invisible?

Ans: Yes. It's invisible in its post use feel on the skin with water like texture. 

3. How to use invisible water sunscreen?

Ans: Shake the bottle well before pumping out the product. Take sufficient quantity, usually 1 pump is enough to cover the complete face. Apply sunscreen 15 mins before going out in the sun to ensure the product is absorbed & ready to protect skin. 

4. What is the texture of invisible water sunscreen?

Ans: The texture of Invisible sunscreen is watery gel phase with encapsulated bead like texture in it. The size of the beads could vary in every pump the product is dispensed. Also there is a possibility sometimes only gel texture is dispensed however it does not mean sun protection is not there. The product will offer complete protection. 

5. What do you mean by encapsulated sun filters? 

Ans: It means we used a UV filter that is produced using an encapsulation technology that ensures the uv filter is available in stable form & powder form. Also it ensures UV filters are easily incorporated in unique textures such as Invisible Water Sunscreen. 

6. Is the sunscreen suitable for all skin types?

Ans: Yes it is suitable for all skin types. 

7. Is sunscreen safe for sensitive skin? 

Ans: Ideally it should be safe to use on sensitive skin. However we suggest a patch test to be done before to be sure. 

8. Does the sunscreen have any white cast? 

Ans: No it does not have white cast. 

9. What SPF is better for the face?

Ans: To ensure complete protection it is best if we use a sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 30. Our Invisible Water Sunscreen offers SPF 50 PA+++.
