How Does it Work on the Skin?

Step 1: Gentle Cleansing

The Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Face Wash removes impurities while maintaining the skin’s natural hydration. Ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid, Glycerin, and Sodium PCA help retain moisture and prevent dryness after cleansing.

Step 2: Deep Hydration

The Oil-Free Hydrating Serum contains 2% Hyaluronic Acid with multiple molecular weights that hydrate different layers of the skin. Niacinamide helps soothe the skin and improve overall texture.

Step 3: Moisture Lock & Barrier Support

The Skin Soothe Moisturizer contains Ceramides to strengthen the skin barrier and Bisabolol to help calm and soothe the skin.

Step 4: Sun Protection

The Oat & Ceramide Gel Sunscreen SPF 50 PA++++ protects the skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays while soothing and strengthening the skin barrier with ingredients like Ceramides and Oat Extract.

Together, these steps help keep your skin hydrated, balanced, and protected throughout the day.

How to use?

Morning Routine

1. Cleanse your face using Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Face Wash and rinse with water.
2. Apply 2–3 drops of Oil-Free Hydrating Serum on slightly damp skin and gently massage.
3. Follow with Skin Soothe Moisturizer to lock in hydration.
4. Finish with Oat & Ceramide Gel Sunscreen SPF 50 PA++++ at least 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Night Routine

1. Cleanse your face using Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Face Wash.
2. Apply Oil-Free Hydrating Serum.
3. Apply Skin Soothe Moisturizer to seal hydration overnight.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

How can you track your order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above RS 499. The exact amount is displayed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/Whatsapp to monitor its status.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders by writing to us on our Email ID – wecare@thedeconstruct.in or please call us at 080-471-05772 ( Monday - Sunday 10am - 7pm) and we will help you cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel by contacting our customer support team with your order details.

Will I get a full refund on cancellation?

Yes, if canceled within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the original source of payment within 7 business working days. We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

Orders placed under Next Day Delivery (NDD) or Same Day Delivery (SDD) are processed on priority and moved to fulfillment immediately.

Once an NDD or SDD order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified as the shipment is initiated instantly to ensure timely delivery.

In case of exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the company.

Please Note: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Returns and Refund

Thank you for shopping at The Deconstruct. We have made all our products with utmost care and deep scientific knowledge with an understanding of most skin types. If you are still not completely satisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us within 48 hours and we will put all our efforts to help you. Kindly make an unboxing video for easy reference. 

Reports made beyond this window may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.

We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon receipt and reach out to us through our support channels for any discrepancies or issues.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

How do I request a return?

Email us with your order details and product images if damaged. We will guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, the refund is processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that if an order is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect or incomplete address/contact details, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery, the ₹50 PPCOD charge shall be non-refundable.

Can I exchange my product?

Exchanges are allowed only in case of defective or incorrect products, with the unboxing video made when the product is delivered

We offer refund/replacement only in the following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered

2. Expired product delivered

3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage

4. Missing product

Step 1 – Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery along with an unboxing video through Email –

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.

Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions will return/ replacement requests not be accepted?

• Opened/used/altered products.

• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.

• The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

• Update received as product delivered, but product not received and if reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

• Unboxing video is not legitimate

Yes. In the morning, follow all four steps including sunscreen. At night, you can skip the sunscreen and use the cleanser, serum, and moisturizer.

4. How long does it take to see visible results?

With consistent use, you may start noticing improved hydration and smoother skin texture within 2–4 weeks.

5. Can men use this skincare routine?

Yes, skincare concerns such as dehydration, dullness, and barrier damage are not gender-specific, so this routine can be used by anyone.
