How Does it Work on the Skin?

Vitamin C and ferulic acid Serum: 10% Vitamin C & 0.5% Ferulic Acid together contain antioxidant properties that clear pigmentation, prevent sun damage and boost collagen biosynthesis.

Gel Sunscreen: This broad spectrum sunscreen has a high SPF 55+ and PA+++ rating to provide the necessary Sun protection. Apart from the chemical filters, it is filled with hydrating agents such as phospholipids & glycerin to provide the necessary hydration to the skin.

Brightening Lip Balm: 1% Vitamin C and 0.1% Resorcinol helps to brightens pigmented lips, repair lip discolouration and fight pigmentation caused by the sun rays.

How to use?

• Apply 2-3 drops of Vitamin C serum on dry skin after cleansing
• Apply Gel Sunscreen on the face & neck in the morning routine & at least 15 minutes before stepping out in the sun. Use after a moisturizer & before using makeup.
• Apply an even layer of Brightening Lip Balm on lips.
• Reapply sunscreen and lip balm when needed for continued protection.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

Cancellations

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage

1. Is gel sunscreen physical or chemical based?

Gel sunscreen is a chemical sunscreen that contains chemical UV filters which work by absorbing UV rays, converting them into heat and release from the skin surface.

2.What skin types can use chemical sunscreen?

Although suitable for all skin types, chemical sunscreens should be carefully used by people with sensitive skin conditions since it may cause certain light reactions such as inflammation or redness.

3.How is chemical sunscreen better over physical sunscreen?

Chemical sunscreen is designed to get absorbed and hence spreads and works smoothly on the skin without the skin feeling greasy or sticky. Also it does not leave any white cast when applied.

4.Should I use sunscreen only in the summer?

Sunscreen should be used everyday and should be a part of your daily skincare regimen, not just in summer. You are exposed to UV radiations everyday when you step out. Hence, applying sunscreen is mandatory despite the season.

5.How long should a 50gm sunscreen last?

If you use sunscreen generously everyday on your face and neck it will last for around 1-1.5 month.

6.Can I apply makeup over sunscreen? Will it cause any pilling?

Yes, you can put on make up after applying sunscreen on your face. Applying makeup above sunscreen will not cause any pilling. Just make sure that the sunscreen sits well on your skin for about 5 minutes and then apply make-up.

Is it safe to use methoxycinnamate?

Methoxycinnamate is generally considered safe to be used in sunscreens but should be avoided by pregnant and lactating mothers.

Yes, suitable for all skin types. It is always advisable to start with a patch test before using it.

2.How to use this product if I am a beginner / first time user?

If you are a first time user we recommend to follow ease-in-process as below:
Use 1 drop of serum mixed in moisturizer and use it every alternate day the first week, if everything is fine slowly increase to using it everyday mixed in the moisturizer. Gradually go on to using 1-2 drops directly on the face for 2/3 days per week and slowly increase the frequency of usage to everyday.

3.Can I use Vitamin C Serum twice a day, daily?

Vitamin C serum is safe to use twice a day.

4.Is this serum safe to use for a pregnant lady?

We always recommend to concern with your doctor once.

5.Does your Vitamin C serum cause purging?

Ideally Vitamin C serum should not cause purging. But if you are a beginner, person with sensitive skin or using this active for first time. Vitamin C serum might cause a little purging.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that protects the lips from free radical damage caused by sun exposure which can lead to UV induced pigmentation. Additionally it also reduces the lip pigmentation caused and it helps in skin cell regeneration.

Yes, you can definitely use lip balm everyday as it keeps your lips moisturised and supple.

7.Does lip balm darken lips?

SPF lip balms used for daily sun protection also helps prevent sun induced lip pigmentation and will not darken your lips from damage caused by sun.

8.Does lip balm melt depending on climate & where it should be stored?

It can soften at higher temperatures, once it is stabilized in normal temperature it will solidify. It should be stored at room temperature.

9.Is it alright to use SPF lip balm at night? Can I use SPF lip balm at night?

Yes, you can definitely use SPF lip balm at night as it contains other ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and butter which keep the lips moisturized, nourished, soft & supple.

10.Does Brightening lip balm contain flavor/fragrance?

No, it does not contain flavor/fragrance. It contains vanilla fruit extract that exhibits antioxidant properties and moisturizes the lips.
