We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • I have never used vitamin c serum before. Is it safe for me to use it?
    Yes, suitable for all skin types. It is always advisable to start with a patch test before using it.

  • How to use this product if I am a beginner / first time user?
    If you are a first time user we recommend to follow ease-in-process as below:
    Use 1 drop of serum mixed in moisturizer and use it every alternate day the first week, if everything is fine slowly increase to using it everyday mixed in the moisturizer. Gradually go on to using 1-2 drops directly on the face for 2/3 days per week and slowly increase the frequency of usage to everyday.

  • Can I use Vitamin C Serum twice a day, daily?
    Vitamin C serum is safe to use twice a day.

  • Is this serum safe to use for a pregnant lady?
    We always recommend to concern with your doctor once.

  • Does your Vitamin C serum cause purging?
    Ideally Vitamin C serum should not cause purging. But if you are a beginner, person with sensitive skin or using this active for first time. Vitamin C serum might cause a little purging.

  • What are UV Rays? What are UVA and UVB rays? How do they affect the skin?
    UV radiations are a form of electromagnetic radiation that comes from natural sources such as sunlight, or from artificial sources such as tanning beds and lasers. There are 3 types of UV rays viz. UVA, UVB, UVC. UVC is filtered out by the ozone layer and doesn’t reach the earth's surface. UVB reaches/penetrates the epidermis (upper layer of skin surface) and UVA penetrates the till hypodermis (deeper layer of skin). These rays can cause tanning, burning, redness, premature aging, and cancer.

  • What is the difference between physical and chemical sunscreen? Is Fluid Brightening Sunscreen physical or chemical based?
    A physical sunscreen forms a layer on the top of the skin and blocks or reflects the UV rays, whereas a chemical sunscreen contains chemical UV filters which work by absorbing UV rays, converting them into heat, and releasing from the skin surface.
