How Does it Work on the Skin?

• 10% Niacinamide reduces hyperpigmentation, dark spots, & freckles by inhibiting melanosome transfer.
• 0.3% Alpha Arbutin in combination works on tan and brightens the skin by suppressing melanin production and protecting the skin from UV radiation.

How to use?

1. Apply 2-3 drops onto dry skin after cleansing.

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

Cancellations

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

Thank you for shopping at The Deconstruct. We have made all our products with utmost care and deep scientific knowledge with an understanding of most skin types. If you are still not completely satisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us and we will put all our efforts to help you. Kindly make an unboxing video for an easy reference. 

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage
4. Missing product

Step 1 – Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery along with an unboxing video through Email –

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.

Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

• Opened/used/altered products.
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Update received as product delivered but product not received and if reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

1.  I have never used niacinamide, can I use 10% and how to use it?
   Our recommendation is to always start with a patch test and slowly include it in the routine.
2. How to use this product if I am a beginner / first time user?
   If you are a first time user we recommend to follow ease-in-process as below:
   Use 1 drop of serum mixed in moisturizer and use it every alternate day the first week, if everything is fine slowly increase to using it everyday mixed in the moisturizer. Gradually go on to using 1-2 drops directly on the face for 2/3 days per week and slowly increase the frequency of usage to everyday.
3. Does the niacinamide serum work for freckles?
   Yes, Brightening serum helps reduce freckles and helps repair the skin barrier. It has niacinamide and alpha arbutin as active ingredients which work together to even out the skin tone and for improved skin texture and does not contain any harsh chemicals.
4. Can niacinamide face serum be used twice a day?
   Yes, Brightening serum is a great skincare product and can be used two times a day. Using it twice a day will show even better results and a better healthy skin.
5. Does niacinamide serum cause purging?
   Brightening serum usually does not cause purging.
6. Is niacinamide serum/ brightening serum safe to use for a teenager?
   It is best suited for individuals above 18 years of age.
7. Is niacinamide serum/ brightening serum safe to use for a pregnant and/ or a lactating/ nursing mother?
   Discretionary use during pregnancy.
8. Does Niacinamide help with brightening?
   Yes, niacinamide helps brighten the skin by inhibiting melanosome transfer.
9. How long does niacinamide take to show results?
   It takes around 8 weeks for niacinamide to show results. And also recommend using it every day as per your skin concerns near about 2-3 drops.
10. What should I avoid when using niacinamide?
    Avoid using chemical exfoliants such as AHAs and BHAs in the same routine, mainly because niacinamide will neutralize the pH of acids and you will not attain the benefits of AHAs/BHAs. Apart from these, it is safer to use niacinamide and to also incorporate it in your skincare routine with other ingredients. In the case of chemical exfoliants, they won't be just as effective.
11. Is it okay to use niacinamide serum every day?
    Yes, niacinamide is safe to be used every day in your skincare routine.
