How to use?

Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

How can you track your order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders by writing to us on our Email ID – wecare@thedeconstruct.in or please call us on 080-471-05772 (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM & Saturday 10AM to 4PM)and we will help you in cancelling the order.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

If you are still not completely satisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us and we will put all our efforts to help you. Kindly make an unboxing video for an easy reference. 

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage
4. Missing product

Step 1 – Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery along with an unboxing video through Email –

you are facing and your order ID.

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.

Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

• Opened/used/altered products.
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Update received as product delivered but product not received and if reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

   The key ingredients in Salicylic acid & Hydrocolloid Acne Pimple patch are 0.5% Salicylic acid, which reduces inflammation and promotes acne healing by effectively unclogging the pores, and Hydrocolloid, which improves the acne healing process by forming a protective barrier on the skin and absorbing the pus.

   Salicylic acid & Hydrocolloid Acne Pimple patch extracts pimple/acne pus and heals the acne. It also protects the acne from external stressors such as pollution or unnecessarily picking on the skin. Additionally, it aids in preventing pimple marks.

   1. Clean your face.
   2. Apply the patch on the affected area.
   3. Let the patch sit for 8-10 hours, then remove it or replace it with a new patch if necessary.
4. Can I use any other actives along with acne pimple patch to heal my acne faster?
   We recommend using only one product at a time to avoid the irritation caused by the usage of too many active ingredients.
5. Are acne pimple patches better than using a spot treatment?
   The major advantage of using an acne pimple patch is that it prevents you from popping or picking your acne by providing a protective cover. It also absorbs oil and acne pus. Spot treatment, however, contains active ingredients which help with reducing the acne quickly as it works by unclogging the acne deeply.

    If a pimple has been popped, the skin is already compromised, and there is an increased risk of infection. Placing a pimple patch on an open wound could potentially trap bacteria against the skin, leading to further inflammation and delaying the healing process. We recommend using a pimple patch on the pus-filled pimple before it is popped.

    You can use Salicylic acid & hydrocolloid acne pimple patch at any time. You can use it during the day to prevent yourself from popping and picking on the pimples. You can use it at night to avoid spreading bacterial infection and to help repair and heal acne better.

    Salicylic acid & hydrocolloid acne pimple patch works on pus-filled acne or active acne.
18. Can I reuse Salicylic acid & Hydrocolloid Acne Pimple Patch? / Are these acne pimple patches reusable?
    Salicylic acid & hydrocolloid acne pimple patch are not reusable. However, you can apply a new patch after 8-10 hours if required.
19. Can these patches be used by teenagers suffering from hormonal acne?
    Our products are recommended to be used by people above 18 years of age.
20. Will these patches work on acne marks?
    Acne pimple patch can help prevent the formation of acne marks but not remove the existing ones. For acne marks, we recommend using our Clearing serum or Brightening serum.

    Yes, you can definitely use Salicylic acid & Hydrocolloid Acne Pimple Patch.
22. Is it an effective product for cystic acne?
    For cystic acne, we recommend consulting a dermatologist.
