1. Campaign Period

The Deconstruct Giveaway Campaign (“Campaign”) will commence on 31st January 2026 and will remain live until the end date communicated on the official Deconstruct website and its promotional channels.

2. How to Participate

• The Campaign is applicable only on prepaid orders placed on the Deconstruct website during the Sale Period.
• Only successful, fulfilled, and non-cancelled orders will be considered eligible for participation.
• Customers with the highest eligible prepaid purchase value during the Sale Period will rank higher on the Top Purchase Leaderboard and be considered for prizes.
• No separate registration is required to participate. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

3. 🎁 Shop & Win - Birthday Sale Contest T&C

At the end of the Sale Period, Top 5 customers on the shop & win leaderboard (based on the highest eligible prepaid purchase value) will be shortlisted.

Winner Rewards & Prize Distribution

The Top 5 winners may receive prizes including international beach trips and premium products, such as iPhone 17 Pro, Bose headphones, PS5, Dyson products, etc.

Leaderboard Mechanics

• The leaderboard will be refreshed daily at 12:00 AM (midnight IST).
• Rankings will be based only on eligible prepaid orders.
• Top Purchase Leaderboard winners will be announced only after the Sale Period ends.

4. Travel Prize Eligibility & Conditions

• Travel prizes include beach trips scheduled to be redeemed in March and April 2026, subject to availability.
• Winners must possess a valid passport at the time of verification for international travel prizes. For domestic travel, a valid government-issued ID will be required.
• If a selected winner fails to meet travel, documentation, or verification requirements, the prize shall be null and void and may be reassigned at Deconstruct’s discretion.
• Travel prizes are subject to blackout dates, partner terms, availability, and applicable government regulations.

5. Travel Date & Timing

The following destinations will be conducted as group trips:

For Vietnam and Sri Lanka, customers must select one preferred batch from the available options at the time of confirmation.

The Maldives trip will be a plus-one (couple) trip, scheduled for April 2026.

6. Product Prize Conditions

• Products cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with other items.
• Product selection, assortment, and dispatch timelines will be determined solely by Deconstruct.

7. Third-Party Links

• Certain content, products, services, or experiences associated with the Campaign may include materials or links provided by third parties.
• Third-party links may redirect users to external websites that are not owned or controlled by Deconstruct.
• Deconstruct does not examine, evaluate, or warrant the accuracy or reliability of any third-party content, websites, or services.
• Deconstruct shall not be liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from the purchase, use, or engagement with goods, services, resources, content, or transactions made through third-party websites.
• Customers are advised to review third-party policies before engaging in any transaction.
• All complaints or concerns related to third-party products or services must be addressed directly to the respective third party.

8. General Conditions

• Deconstruct reserves the right to verify eligibility, order authenticity, and referral validity at any stage of the Campaign.
• Any form of fraud, misuse, or manipulation will result in immediate disqualification.
• Deconstruct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• All decisions taken by Deconstruct regarding the Campaign shall be final and binding.
