Dermatologist Consultation Program Terms & Conditions
By booking a dermatologist consultation through the Deconstruct website or WhatsApp channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your slot.
1. Program & Eligibility
- This consultation program is offered exclusively by Deconstruct and is available to customers aged 18 years and above.
- Consultations are conducted by Dr. Shaily Chitravanshi (Consultant Cosmetologist, BPT, DCFA, PGDCFA, MSc CFA) and Dr. Neha Solanki (Consultant Dermatologist, MBBS, MD DVL, MMC Reg. No: 2025/06/05803).
- The program runs during June–July 2026 and is subject to review and continuation based on performance.
2. Booking & Fees
- A non-refundable consultation fee of ₹149 is charged at the time of booking to confirm the slot.
- Upon purchasing any recommended Deconstruct product post-consultation, customers are eligible for 10% cashback via DCoins on their next order.
- Slots can be booked up to 3 days in advance via the Deconstruct website or WhatsApp channel. Availability is subject to the dermatologists' working hours.
- Each consultation slot is 30 minutes. Customers are requested to join at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled slot time.
- Requests made within 1 hour of the booked slot will not be accepted. The ₹149 fee is non-refundable in such cases or in the event of a no-show.
- Cancellations and rescheduling can be done via the link provided in the booking confirmation email.
- Each booking allows a maximum of one reschedule.
5. Consultation Conduct
- Consultations are conducted via Google Meet. A unique link is generated per booking and shared via email and WhatsApp.
- Dermatologists are authorised to recommend Deconstruct products only. Requests for external brand recommendations or advice outside the scope of Deconstruct's product range will not be entertained.
- Customers must conduct themselves respectfully during the call. Deconstruct reserves the right to terminate a session in the event of inappropriate behaviour, without a refund.
- Each session is limited to 30 minutes. The dermatologist may end the call upon completion of the time slot.
6. Post-Consultation
- Following the consultation, a digital prescription will be generated by the dermatologist and sent to the customer via WhatsApp and email.
- A personalised product cart link will be shared on WhatsApp, pre-filled with the dermatologist's recommended products.
- DCoins cashback is applicable only on purchases of products recommended in the prescription.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
- This program provides personalised skincare product recommendations based on a 30-minute consultation. It does not constitute a formal medical diagnosis or treatment plan.
- Deconstruct is not liable for any adverse reactions arising from the use of recommended products. Customers with known allergies or medical conditions are advised to consult a physician independently.
- Deconstruct reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the consultation program at any time without prior notice.
