Birthday Sale Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. General

  1. These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern participation in promotional activities conducted by Deconstruct during the Birthday Sale campaign.

  2. Participation in any campaign constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.

  3. Deconstruct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any campaign or these T&Cs without prior notice.

  4. All decisions made by Deconstruct regarding eligibility, winner selection, and campaign execution shall be final and binding.

  5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  6. Sale Period 7th Aug to 27th Aug

 

 

A. Golden Ticket Campaign

Eligibility

  1. Customers placing orders during the campaign period may receive one Golden Ticket.(Only if you are Lucky)

  2. A Golden Ticket will be added only to qualifying orders based on the campaign rules applicable at the time of purchase.

  3. Sale Period will be from 10-28 th Aug..

Ticket Dispatch

  1. The Golden Ticket will be packed and shipped along with the eligible order.

  2. If a Golden Ticket is not included due to operational reasons, Deconstruct reserves the right to provide an alternate resolution at its sole discretion.

  3. Lost, stolen, damaged, or discarded tickets will not be eligible.

QR Code & Coupon Claim

  1. Every Golden Ticket contains a QR code.

  2. Customers must scan the QR code and complete the required form with accurate information.

  3. Submission of incorrect or incomplete information may result in rejection of the claim.

  4. Upon successful verification, the applicable coupon code will be sent to the registered email address.

  5. Coupon codes are subject to their individual validity period, minimum order value, and usage restrictions.

Misuse

  1. Tampered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, or altered tickets shall be considered invalid.

  2. Deconstruct reserves the right to cancel any coupon or disqualify any participant in cases of fraud or misuse & Deconstruct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Offer without prior notice.

 

 

B. ₹1 Flash Sale

Eligibility

  1. The ₹1 Flash Sale will be conducted only during the announced flash sale window.

  2. Products available under the ₹1 Flash Sale are limited and subject to availability.

  3. Rs. 1 offer will only be valid for 3 minutes 13 secs and will start at 1:13 PM everyday.

Purchase Conditions

  1. Products will be available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve inventory.

  3. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

  4. Failed payments or incomplete transactions will not be considered valid purchases.

  5. Only one ₹1 Flash Sale product may be purchased per customer unless otherwise specified.

  6. Multiple orders placed using duplicate accounts, phone numbers, email IDs, or shipping addresses may be cancelled.

  7. To avail the offer, users must purchase any 1 product other than the Rs. 1 Product.

Operational Rights

  1. Deconstruct reserves the right to remove products from the sale due to inventory constraints or technical issues.

  2. Any pricing error or technical malfunction may result in cancellation of affected orders.

 

 

C. Lucky Door Game

Eligibility

  1. Customers who complete an eligible purchase during the campaign period may receive one opportunity to play the Lucky Door Game.

  2. Each eligible order receives one game attempt unless otherwise communicated.

Gameplay

  1. After purchase, participants will be shown ten virtual doors.

  2. Participants may open only one door.

  3. Five doors contain different giveaway categories while the remaining doors may not contain any prize.

  4. The prize displayed behind the opened door represents only qualification for the corresponding prize draw and does not guarantee winning that prize.

Weekly Winner Selection

  1. Customers who unlock a giveaway door will be entered into the respective prize category.

  2. At the end of every campaign week, one random lucky winner will be selected from each giveaway category.

  3. Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Deconstruct.

  4. The draw process and winner selection shall be final and binding.

Winner Verification

  1. Winners may be contacted through their registered mobile number, email address, or both.

  2. Winners must respond within the timeline communicated by Deconstruct.

  3. Failure to respond or provide requested details may result in forfeiture of the prize.

  4. Deconstruct reserves the right to select an alternate winner if required.

Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected.

  • Multiple accounts are used to increase chances of winning.

  • Order cancellation or refund occurs before winner confirmation.

  • Any campaign abuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions is identified.

  • Selected winners are not eligible for any refunds or returns.

  • In case of defects/damages in the giveaway products deconstruct won’t be held responsible for refunds or returns.

 

 

D. Additional Conditions

  1. Orders cancelled, refunded, or returned before campaign completion may become ineligible for promotional benefits.

  2. Deconstruct reserves the right to verify participant identity before awarding any prize.

  3. Taxes, if applicable under law, shall be borne by the winner unless otherwise stated.

  4. Deconstruct shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  5. Participation in these campaigns does not guarantee receipt of any prize.

  6. By participating, customers consent to Deconstruct contacting them regarding prize fulfilment and campaign communication.

  7. Winners may be requested to provide photographs or testimonials for promotional purposes. Such participation will be subject to the winner's consent where required by applicable law.

  8. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
