The Beginners Exfoliating Serum gently removes the upper layer of skin giving fresh and glowing skin. The Vitamin C Serum works on providing a balanced skin tone, reduces dark spots and uneven pigmentation and also minimizes redness.

How Does it Work on the Skin?

• 0.5 % Ferulic acid is a potent antioxidant that prevents sun damage by suppressing the production of free radicals and reduces dullness & tanning
• Lactic Acid gently exfoliates the upper layer of the skin to remove dead cells and reveal glowing and bright skin
• 10% Vitamin C (3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid) inhibits tyrosinase activity to provide a brightening effect.
• 1.5% Probiotics (Lactococcus Ferment Lysate) fight microbes and foreign particles and also balances skin pH and hydration.

How to use?

AM Routine:

• Apply 2-3 drops of Vitamin C Serum on clean and dry skin.

• Gently massage until the product is completely

• Vitamin C Serum on clean and dry skin.

• Gently massage until the product is completely absorbed.

• Follow up with moisturizer and sunscreen

 PM Routine:

•  Comment start Apply 2-3 drops of Beginners Exfoliating Serum on clean and dry skin.

• Gently massage until the product is completely absorbed.

• Wash off with water after 10 minutes.

• Follow up with a moisturizer.

• Use 1-2 times a week and once your skin gets used to it you can use it as a leave-on serum.

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days.We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

If you are still not completely satisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us and we will put all our efforts to help you. Kindly make an unboxing video for an easy reference. 

We offer refund / replacement only in following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage
4. Missing product

Step 1 – Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery along with an unboxing video through Email –

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.

Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

• Opened/used/altered products.
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
• The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

1. How to layer Vitamin C serum and Beginners exfoliating serum together?
   Use Vitamin C serum in the morning and Beginners exfoliating  serum in the evening (up to 3-4 times a week).
   
   Start with a patch test first.
   
   Vitamin C serum (AM routine);
   -After cleansing, apply 2-3 drops onto dry skin and use your fingertips to spread it evenly across your face until absorbed.
   -Follow up with a moisturizer and sunscreen for best results.
   
   Beginners exfoliating serum (PM routine);
   -Apply 2-3 drops onto the skin after cleansing.
   -Massage until the entire product is absorbed into the skin.
   -Make sure to use a moisturizer after using this product.
2. What are the benefits of using Vitamin C serum and Beginner’s exfoliating serum?
   Vitamin C and Ferulic acid work very well on tanning, dark spots and dullness, and when paired up with Beginners exfoliating serum containing Lactic acid, it exfoliates dead skin cells, bringing forth the fresh layer, thus giving a glowing radiant skin. 
3. I have never used Vitamin C serum before. Is it safe for me to use it?
   Yes, it is suitable for all skin types. It is always advisable to start with a patch test before using it.
4. Can I use Vitamin C Serum twice a day, daily?
   Vitamin C serum is safe to use twice a day.
5. Can Lactic acid Exfoliating serum be used by people with oily skin?
   Lactic acid works well for all skin types and will exfoliate the upper layer of skin without causing irritation.
6. How long do I need to use Beginners exfoliating serum to see the results?
   Use it for a while as you can see the result in 6-8 weeks of time.
